As we continue to re-invent the way we live in the Covid Year, Tailgate Tigers continues to do its part for your culinary enjoyment and social pleasure.  We will stage our second Grab and Go pop up to compliment the LSU v FLA game on Saturday October, 17th.

We will offer:

Cracklins - $7.00 a quarter pound or $25.00 a pound

Baby Back Ribs - $14 half rack or $28 whole rack

Chicken & Andouille Jambalaya - $25.00 per half pan

We are really excited to offer a new menu item for this event.  We have been honing our skills and testing our Cajun roots to bring you… and we promise, just like our Cracklins, they are much better than the big retail outlets.  Man, you goin to like dis sha…

Fried Boudin Balls - $8.00 for six (balls 4oz each)

Fried Boudin Balls Stuffed with Pepper Jack Cheese - $10.00 for six

3 Regular & 3 Pepper Jack - $9.00

Potato Salad - $10.00 a quart

Baked Beans - $10.00 a quart

Credit Card convenience fee 3%
