Mid October Update

With Hurricane Ida in the rear View Louisiana Craft Butchers has made a big step forward in convenience to our customers!  We are happy to announce the launch of www.lacraftbutchers.com our e-commerce web site.  We hope you enjoy the features of the site.  We will blog and share recipes about our food culture.  The products we embrace have a connection to Louisiana and New Orleans and part of the mission here will be to tell the story of how we got where we are.

WEB SITE LAUNCH

Most importantly www.lacraftbutchers.com allows us to make sure you can have your products shipped or orders made for pick up at our office.

If you are close enough to 4141 California Ave in Kenner, make your order on line and come by and get it.  You can always call us at 504-466-9788 to make an order or arrange for pick up.

If there is something you would like us to make but is not on our menu, please let us know.  We will be introducing new products as we go along.  Snack Sticks seem to be the growing part of our menu.  Our Pepperoni Snack Sticks and Honey BBQ Snack Sticks have been a hit and we have more flavors coming.

WILD GAME PROCESSING

We have had some request to process wild game and there is a page on the www.lacraftbutchers.com site discussing how we will handle those request.  We will offer a wide range of products to our Wild Game customers.

HOGS FOR THE CAUSE

Tailgate Tigers www.tailgatetigers.org has registered for the April 1st & 2nd Hogs For The Cause event.  We will keep you posted on our fundraising efforts.  As soon as we know the location of the event and receive our plot selection, we will pass it on.

DAN ROBERT

While Dan remains a tremendous resource for our effort, the relationship has evolved and he will no longer be a daily presence in our operation.  Dan has been a wealth of knowledge and a friend.  We look forward to his continued interaction and support.  He is never more than a phone call away and always available to help when needed.  We are hoping to continue his Master of the Craft classes in the near future.
